I have my realm auto charge from Google play and I went to play today and it told me to renew except my subscription is still active and I've been charged. Tried to contact support and its a useless chatbot and when I found how to submit a support ticket it just told me oops sorry can't do that and I'm not gonna cancel and reactivate because if you can't even get 1 subscription right who's to say your not gonna double charge me. Very ridiculous and any help would be appreciated.
