Move to Canada or stay in UK

Hi, I debating on whether to take a risk and move to Canada or stay here . Briefly:
I got over 8 years of hospitality experience, 4 in management, currently working as Beverage Manager earning a bit over £46k/year so a pretty stable income, but starting to not enjoy that much .
I got until end of July to activate my IEC visa , was one of my dreams to move to Canada but I was on and off about as all I hear is jobs are a joke , takes months to find a job , or not being paid enough, etc.
Not sure what to do , I don’t have much savings either so if I move there and doesn’t work out I will probably ending up back here, what would you do in my situation?

PR through hospitality ?

Has anyone here successfully obtained PR in Canada through hospitality management or restaurant/bar supervisor roles? What pathway did you use, and what were your CRS score, language scores, and job position when you received your invitation?
I'm considering moving to Canada on an IEC work permit and have 10+ years of hospitality experience, including bar and beverage management. I'm curious if anyone has recently obtained PR through hospitality roles.
My score with french and 1 year of canadian work experience can be at 514.

English or romanian to French learning?

Hi,

I am planning to take TCF exam for PR next year and I’m now in the process of learning, currently at A2 level. I am romanian native , but living in the UK for over 15years so my English level is great too I would say.
Now being a latin language ( romanian) I understand 70% of french probably, that helps a lot but I was wondering what you guys think I should do , romanian to french or English to french?
