Used to love flight sims on Roblox as a child lol…been thinking about getting MSFS and it’s gone on sale so it’s my chance. Any body have any good/bad things to say about the game on just a controller?

What’s going rate to install a yard of mulch including taking out the old stuff and disposing, customer is also looking for landscaping fabric

Normally do yards that are 4,000sqft and below recently got a lead on a 17,060sqft yard and a bit in the dark about how to price, not much trimming other than perimeter trim, would be doing it with a 32” walk behind and a 22” where the 32” can’t get. Where and/or how would you guys quote it?
