Ba falcon idle surging?

My ba falcon has been doing this for a while and I’m sick of it. It can’t keep a steady idle and moves up and down when idling.
It did have a misfire awhile ago but I fixed that by replacing 2 bad coils. I have not replaced the other 4 but it dosent fell like it misses just revs 1k by its self.

When it’s running I do hear the throttle body click every 4 seconds or so and that’s when it does that. Is it a bad throttle body or just how it works. The engine mount is also wearing out and has a little vibration on idle and I’m not to sure if that could be the issue. Has this happened to anyone else.

Ba falcon limp mode and has strange noise from gearbox.

Took my falcon out for a drive and everything was going fine until I decided to go down a hill and started to accelerate it decided limp mode was the best option.

It was in limp mode for about 10 seconds then the battery and oil pressure light turned on and lost power steering and brakes, and the rpm and Speedo stoped working. Stopped safely which is good. And it started back up just fine without issue and it would rev past 3k rpm but dosent go past 50km/h. Let it sit for 15 minutes and still done it.

Put a new battery in it and I did leave it out long enough for the car to reset its self, none of that worked and now I’m hearing a weird buzzing/humming sound when it’s in park and neutral. You can hear it in the video when changing gears.
I’m not sure if my box is cooked or just somethings else, any help would be appreciated

Best 4x4 for reliability and budget

I’ve been looking for a 4WD for a while now and can’t decide what I want. So far I’ve looked at Tritons, BT-50s, Hiluxes, and Isuzus. At the moment I’m leaning towards a 2016+ BT-50, but I’m still unsure.

My main goal is to buy something that will comfortably handle a planned 20,000km road trip in a couple of years, while also being suitable for daily driving and some light to moderate 4WDing. I’m realistic and understand that any vehicle can have issues and that parts will wear out or break over time, so I’m not expecting perfection.

What matters most to me is engine reliability and longevity. I’ve done a fair bit of research on all of the options and understand that every engine has its own common problems, but I’m looking for something that’s generally known to be dependable and capable of lasting a long time if looked after.

At the moment I’ve narrowed it down to either a BT-50 or a n70 Hilux. My budget is around $25,000, although I’d be willing to spend a bit more if I found the right vehicle. I’d appreciate any advice from people who have owned or worked on either of these and can share their experiences.

I do have a fair abit of knowledge on cars so anything that happens I will most likely fix my self unless it’s something far beyond my knowledge
