I'm total newbie to the game. I have already played similar games like Marvel Strike Force, swgoh, Raid shadow legends and so on, but this is first game where there are so many things to do and how to upgrade characters that I'm totally confused and don't know what to do at all....
Any tips for me what to do firstly, what to focus on....?

Hello guys,
I'm currently leveling new character (my 2nd this season, 1st is T10 para 190), mostly through warplans. I was refreshing warplans till I find 2x helltides, but I stucked on infernal hordes as first activity rn. But I cannot teleport there. My char just cast the teleport and nothing happen. I was at the place on map where should IF be, but there is nothing "clickable" to open IF. Also I can't craft any compass at the occultists, don't have the option there at all.
When I choose this warplan I was level 29. Now I'm level 34 and I still can't access IH nor refresh the warplan, so I'm forced to level without warplans...
Anybody got any suggestion what to do? Are IHs unlocked from exact level? If so, why do I have them in my warplan...?
