These are my specs

MB: PRO B550M-VC WIFI
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
GPU: RTX 3080 Ti
RAM: 8GB SK Hynix

I have Windows 11 installed on one SSD (which is what I was running before it powered off) and CachyOS installed on another but I havent used that in a while, but when I did install it it did replace the bootloader that’d show before booting into a selected OS (havent had issues with it just thought it was worth mentioning).

Anyways, I brought my PC over to my boy’s crib in his garage we chill at & I guess the power went out for a split second. I didn’t really worry bc I know my friend brings his PC in here at times with no issues but after plugging everything back in… nothing. It boots but no display & there’s just a white LED on VGA. I tried reseating the GPU & even took out a RAM stick. Waiting 30 seconds & even over 2 minutes with it completely unplugged & all… still nothing.

Give it to me straight, is my shit cooked? I dont have a job rn & as far as replacing anything it will simply not happen. Can’t happen. Not anytime soon. So… yeah. I’d rather just be told the truth rn idc how stupid I look for causing this but I’d rather start the process & get it over with.

Hey, recently set up a fat PS2 with HOSDMenu using the PSBBN installer (if you don't have enough space and/or an official HDD adapter, you can set up HOSDMenu which supports 3rd party HDD adapters like GameStar, but other than some PSBBN features everything else operates the same). OPL is the loader I chose. I'm using a Gamestar adapter ofc and I have a 500gb SSD installed.

All of the games I've tested out so far worked but Alien Hominid doesn't. It just gives me a black screen and before I mess around with ANY settings in OPL I'd rather ask first before proceeding.

*I would have to test it again, but last time I tried OPL on a PS2 (not HOSDMenu, just FMCB + Grimdoomer's OPL build that supports exFAT drives) I also remember Jak 1 not working, black screen as well.

If there are any games that need tweaking to avoid a black screen and/or be playable pls lmk

I’ve been getting notices about downloading even though I haven’t & it was screwing with my head. So I decided to do a test, torrent a legal file like a Linux ISO & see if it leaks.

What I found weird wasn’t that my torrent didn’t show up, but the fact ONLY when my VPN is on is when I’ll see a ton and I MEAN A TON of downloads that have nothing to do with me (and again, not even MY linux iso download was on this list). Before I picked up on this I assumed it was my brother but there were so many torrents with SO much storage that there’s just no way he’d be able to do that it’s not like he’s working with a lot as it is (I think). Also none of these downloads show up with my VPN disconnected which makes me further doubt that these downloads are from anybody in this house at all.

So what’s going on? As you would assume I also have my VPN binded to qbittorrent & also verified that it works only with VPN turned on.

Hey. I've been trying to download Reviced since I've been wanting to replay Vice City and while VCE is a good choice I wanna try out Reviced but I can't find any download links anywhere. I can find the google doc page but the Gdrive/Mega links provided are both dead. Someone else posted them on here but it's also dead and anything else I find just links to the Steam page including the Mega link which again, as you might've guessed, is dead.

Pls help
