60 y.o. couple going in two weeks, no longer into thrill rides, suggestions?

For the first time, we are going to a theme park without kids or grandkids. I used to go to KI in the 70s and 80s, but not since. We don't want to go upside down on rides, but will do The Beast and Racer as my partner has never been on either.

We would like to have some of the better food options and other experiences that would make it a pleasant day for a couple who are a little slower now?

How soon after TKR can you fly?

I have a speaking engagement 6 weeks after my scheduled Jiffy knee surgery. It will involve a two hour flight from the midwest to Florida. I plan to call the surgeon's office Monday to discuss. Has anyone tried this so soon after surgery? I am 60(M) and have been going to PT for 2+ years. I hate to miss the Florida trip and cannot do surgery after as it will be winter and I do not want to be dealing with snow/ice after surgery.

Blood loss and TKR - transfusion?

I have been reading here how tired patients are post op due to time needed to restore blood lost during surgery. I am curious how many had to receive a transfusion during surgery and why?
