Has anyone been able to obtain Dominican Republic citizenship through the 6 month fast track? I'm considering it, but wanted to hear something before committing to 200k invested.

I’m trying to grow a skincare/acne focused telemedicine service (ByeAcne.co), and I’m struggling to get my first consistent clients.

The service is focused on helping people deal with acne (guidance, routines, etc.), but getting attention and trust seems really difficult.

What I’ve tried / considered:

• Instagram page (slow growth)
• Reels content (no real traction yet)
• Thought about cold outreach but feels wrong for this niche
• Considering paid ads but worried about wasting money

What I’m realizing is that this space seems heavily driven by:

• Trust
• Social proof (before/after)
• Personal branding

For people who’ve grown in skincare / fitness / personal transformation niches:

• How did you get your first 10–50 clients?
• What type of content actually converts?
• Should I focus on TikTok/Reels or something else?
• Is influencer collaboration worth it early on?

Would really appreciate real advice from people who’ve done this.
