Would a private investigator be able to find out if and how someone died definitively?

On Facebook I stumbled across youmatterthemost.com which claims to be a legal group that can give you money in a legal way if you or your child ever attempted suicide even after a long time. I clicked the website and it just asks for your name and email and asks if you or your child has ever attempted. I have not heard of this as being a scam yet. It seems to be to good to be true and I am probably to hopeful but is this a scam?

I almost got fooled by a scam claiming to be Cadberry Egg. They text you saying they are Cadberry Egg and you have been selected to be an advertiser. They say you can put it on your purse, car or bike and that you get a few hundred dollars a month. They ask you for your bank name and your email and your name. They can use this information. Don't fall for it. It looks very convincing and is well written.
