Need brewing guide for Naivo Sweet Illusion
Need brewing guide (pour over v60) for Naivo’s Sweet Illusion. I used 93 degree for my first cup and seems the high temp ruined the flavours. Can anyone guide the right set (temp/grind on TMc2s)

Help me choose EC890 or EC 865
Confused which one to buy as my first espresso machine between DeLonghi EC 890 or 865.
Also which portafilter to buy alongside.
And I use timemore c2s hand grinder for over 15 months for my pour overs, hope that will be good enough to begin the home espresso game.
