Have you or anyone you know been involved, or injured as a pedestrian, in a police pursuit?

A friend of mine had to jump out of the way of car, that drove on the pavement, while being chased by the police.

There seems to be quite a few tv programmes highlighting this issue. It feels like it’s increasing. What do you think?
