It's cool seeing another city department especially one that runs all blue. This is the only time I've seen marked units rocking trim rings

Are there any countries outside North America that currently use NA vehicles?

By North America I’m counting the Caribbean, and I know a lot of them already use at least the civilian version of American police cars. But are there any countries that use American vehicles as a main car? Not like a one off, promotional car situation.
