I’m so confused is this a scammer or a glitch? The order doesn’t show in my order history and the item has not been delisted

I swear this only happens with lululemon items and it confuses me greatly

A buyer left me a one star review even after letting them return the item for a refund since I had a typo and messed up the inseam by 1 inch. I have 53 reviews for 5 stars and a single 1 star review but dropped to a 4.8

Buyer ended up apologizing and saying they reached out to depop to remove it but it’s still there and it’s almost been a week.

I was on the verge of top seller with just one month left to go but the order issue ratio is now an issue so I’ve had to discount items to get more sales so it drops😭
