So I am a huge Katseye fan, and pretty much only use Depop to buy Katseye photocards and Katseye merch. Manon is my absolute favorite member of the group, so I'm always on the hunt for merch of her specifically. When I saw this seller selling a bundle of photocards of Manon that included some I didn't have and really wanted, I decided to ignore my own personal 'Never buy from new sellers' rule and buy it.

The seller never once replied despite being active and never sent my product. The following exchange happened. This was my first bad experience on Depop and honestly, I really wanted to say more but I have a perfect 5 star buyer streak from sellers specifically for being nice, so I decided to keep it stern but professional. I'm still extremely upset though. I understand if he thought he was pricing them too cheap (I myself thought it was a steal, which is why I was so quick to buy) but I'm quite literally the biggest fan of this group and have been searching for some of these photocards forever. I would've happily paid extra if he had just communicated that.

His lack of communication is something mentioned in his only other review as well, and now he wrote in his bio saying to ignore his reviews. Okay LMAO. The only reason he has a 2.3 and not a 1 despite the only two reviews I've shown saying 1 is because a different seller gave him a 5 star as a buyer.

So yeah. Never trust new accounts, and never trust accounts without ratings. Lesson learned. At least I got my money back but MAN, I didn't want my money back I wanted the cards. Oh well 💔

In actuality, I think I have anthropomorphism. I’m not a reseller, just selling my own stuff to make space. I’ll totally sell to a lowball because the extra space matters more to me- but I don’t want my poor boots on that persons feet 😆

Nearly double the price of retail, and claims for it to be out of stock 😂 maybe on Tate’s website, but not Ulta.

I didn’t know how common it was to get a food box as packaging til joining this subreddit. Idc I just think it’s funny.
