Stage four cancer. How do I make her most comfortable?(she’s very active and not showing any signs of pain. Pink gums)

1: your cat coughing probably isn’t stage four cancer. Please do not panic

2: Binky is about 12. We (I am a legal adult with my family in the US,) took her to the vet and found this out. She was likely given up due to this.

  1. She is active, loves eating and running around, cuddles, and does not show lethargy or any other cat sign of pain.

4: the vet said he had no clue how much longer she has. Could be tomorrow, could be a year from now. This makes me very anxious and upset. Operating would kill her due to the size and her age. ):
