Super disappointed. :/ I’ve been selling and scrolling on Depop for two weeks now and finally bought this scarf that I absolutely loved and was so excited about and had been looking at pretty much since I joined the app. (The fact that I was still thinking about it after two weeks was all the proof I needed that it was a worthy purchase). I bought it three days ago ordered a couple more things the next day. When I went to check if anything had shipped yet this morning, I saw she had refunded me… with no explanation. As you can see from the sc, she never responded to my inquiry about it even though the app shows she’s been active today. She’s also a top seller with almost 5 stars, so I’m confused by the lack of communication and professionalism.
