My doctor says my symptoms are atypical?

Hello guys once again, quick tldr I got diagnosed 2 years ago failed remicade like 3 months ago did my 3rd skyrizi infusion and now I'm gonna do the treatment thru injections in my house. My worst symptom is crippling fatigue and when I'm on my period I feel the whole going to the toilet multiple times a day. When I tell this to my doctor about the fatigue he says he can't really explain why I'm feeling like this due to my blood work being just fine and can't know why I feel like this, also when I tell him about my period symptoms he says I have to go to a gynecologist WHICH I WENT and he told me my Crohn's needs to get better for me to get better when I'm on my period but my doctor said that I have to get a second opinion. What should I do I'm pretty lost.

My thesis about on IBD!

Hey everyone, fellow Crohnie here. I'm in the final stretch of my Master's in Applied Informatics and I'm choosing a thesis topic. Since I've been living with Crohn's myself, I want to combine that with my ML background and work on something like "Deep Learning-Based Pattern Recognition for Classification of Gastrointestinal Diseases and Inflammatory Activity in Endoscopic Images" basically training models to help classify GI diseases and flag inflammation severity from colonoscopy/endoscopy images. Has anyone here been part of a study using their scope images for research, or know of any public datasets I could use? Also curious if any of you work in ML or Data science or Software engineering and have thoughts on this from the patient side, like what would actually be useful for doctors or patients, versus what's just an interesting technical exercise. Appreciate any input, and thanks for reading this far!

Is a masters degree in informatics but coming from a different bachelors below or equivalent to a computer science bachelors for the job market?

In my case I have a bachelors in economics science and I'm finishing my applied informatics masters degree soon and I was wondering the strength of it in the job market.

Cognitive decline

I got diagnosed 2 years ago, not in remission yet which saddens me a lot... I want to ask anyone else feels like they got stupider, like cant literally think, cant remember, cant keep up as they used to? Is it permanent? Is it gonna get better?

edit: it's important to point out that I have no deficiencies, it's just the stupid disease.

RX 9060 XT 16GB VERY LOW PERFORMANCE

Crohns and Menstruation, need some advice.

my period has always been okayish, a lot of blood and a lot of days but not a lot of pain, I've been diagnosed with crohns nearly 2 years ago and my period has become more painful and its making me feel like my crohns is 1000 times worse. So I'm thinking of going to my gynecologist and start talking about BC, is it worth it with the side effects, i dont have acne and my period is coming precisely every month, am I gonna fuck over my hormones?
