3. She wants to take her daughter on the job but offline jobs won't accommodate her . ( She has tried many times ) . Hence a offline job will also work if the employer is okay with that condition .

4. She is a science graduate . She has teaching experience . She is currently taking tutions for a few students .She has previously worked in dmart as a cashier , lab assistant in St Joseph school kalamboli , teacher in a playgroup somewhere ahead of panvel .

6. I have tried at many places the latest being the gym that I have joined but as above , she was not accepted .

A friend of mine made some terrible mistakes and now is in about a loan of about 20 lakhs and the number is increasing due to interest .

I have come to know that foreign countries are paying higher salaries than Bharat , even for blue collar ones .

He is a graduate but not in the same field . He has sales experience in trucks . He owned a few trucks himself before getting into loans . He is quite talkative and good with words which is why he got a sales jobs immediately in companies like eicher and tata .

He is currently a cab driver in ola using a rented car which is quite insufficient to pay back the loans

I have pitched him the idea of getting out of here to earn that money back but don't know where to start .

1. So I have this future plan of starting an orphanage . But I know nothing about this entire process .

2. I want to visit some orphanages nearby to know more about how they are run , budgets , legalities , organisation etc , so that I get a more clearer picture to plan accordingly .

3. Does anyone know such people and can answer my queries ?

4. I also plan on volunteering in some orphanages to get a more on ground experience but I have come to notice that many are not keen on explaining the internal know - how for one or the other reason ( I don't blame them . Someone might genuinely misuse that info )

I am going absolutely crazy over the rent and sales price of shops in Navi Mumbai .

For the life of it , I am unable to figure out how the shopkeepers are able to pay these extravagant rents, in addition to the usual expenditure of employee salaries , electricity bill, working capital etc , when majority shops seem emptyish during the day and kinda crowded only in the

evenings after everyone returns from work .

Not to mention the intense competition and now the new problem of insertion of black money in small businesses making the clean ones harder to manage .

The price of shops in Kalamboli where i live , has reached 25k per square foot , which seems to me absolutely nonsensical given the lower middleclass background and still someone seem to be buying them or pay extravagant amounts in rents with usual business like sweet shops , medicals , clothes shop when they already exist in mass numbers here . I am not even going to mention other areas where the ask price is way more than that for shops at good locations ( and also for not so good locations ) .

What am I missing here ? Are they really earning that much or are they lying ?

Context - I wanted to buy a shop for Investment and also for starting some business in the future ( 5-10 years )

Please enlighten me with your insights .

I asked a few shopkeepers around me but couldnt get anything more than vague Info . Came here as a last resort .

I have said " new shopkeepers" , because I am definitely late in the legacy business game . No one in my entire family has ever done any business or ever ran a shop . I am more interested in insights for newbies, latecomers , or have recently started their shop in some area of Navi Mumbai .

I don't smoke/ drink . I don't even consume tea / coffee . Straight A student . Also preparing for a few exams along with a job .

Can anyone please help ?

Its only 13 days from exams and still no hall ticket ? I am beginning to get tensed at this point .
