Im making this post as an attempt to figure out if we are being targeted by the same entity, with the same AI script being used on us.
When I think "I like your voice" the voice im hearing immediately changes to a different voice and says something like "Now you have to listen to me now".
What happens when you think "I like Your Voice"?
For me it usually changes the voice and says "Now you have to listen to me now".
Im trying to get a sense if we are targeted by the same, entity, the same script, the same AI (My opinion).
So what happens if you think "I like your voice"?
This technology was invented by Woody Norris and sold to the Department Of Defense and this is publicly available information. Many people who believe they are dealing with gangstalking are really being manipulated by this weapon.
This technology can make sounds only the targeted individual can hear including voices, footsteps, and other sounds come from any direction and it will seem very surreal. It can make voices come from the direction of other people with the intention of making it seem like many people are involved with your targeting. It can make voices and footsteps come from right outside your home and to make it seem like people are about to break in. People have ran for their lives due to the nature of this technology.
They likely want the targeted individuals to tell the police or medical personnel of what is going on knowing that they are trained to believe that it's mental illness. They also know some individuals will likely get violent with people who they believe are involved with their targeting.
I believe many people who smoke cannabis, drink, or use drugs are targeted to make it seem like this leads to mental illness.
Mass Surveillance is connected to Mk-Ultra and the Targeted Individual Program, and they play on any scenario that's believable with the goal of manipulating the targeted individual into acts of violence against who they suspect is targeting them. This is how manchurian candidate programing works.
The technologies used on targeted individuals are not in the hands of ordinary citizens, police, or gangs. This is orchestrated by the highest levels of government (CIA, NSA, and contractors in the Military Industrial Complex).
If these technologies were in the hands of ordinary citizens, high profile people would be targeted and the government would take action. Instead ordinary citizens are targeted and the government dismisses this as a conspiracy theory which should tell you everything you need to know.
This is a good insight on the technologies used on Targeted Individuals and the people around them.
I believe that if the people around you were really "in on it" they wouldn't make it so blatantly obvious. Other people feel fear too, and people don't put themselves in danger.

V2K plays on coincidences, using mass surveillance technologies like BCI and satellite surveillance. They can always predict things ahead of time and play on it.
The government targeting program has many agendas. Almost all mass shooters were targeted individuals with the goal of pushing the public towards a firearms ban in the USA. Making it look like cannabis and other drug use leads to violence, mental illness, and suicide. But one of the biggest motives is listed in this picture below. - You are walking down the street and hear voices coming from the direction of other people walking around. These voices are usually threatening, insulting, or they say things they couldn't possibly know about you. (Gangstalking - attempts to get you to react)
- You hear footsteps and people whispering to each other outside your home that seem as if a home invasion is about to occur.
- You hear knocking noises, footsteps, or even voices coming from other apartments in your apartment complex that seem deliberate, threatening, or insulting. (Noise campaigns, attempts to pit neighbor against neighbor)
The voices behind V2K are AI chat bots that are really good at mimicking human behavior. Most people hearing V2K report hearing the same theme. A snotty teenager, a woman, and a few men who pretend to be the "handlers". The CIA/DARPA created the most sophisticated AI chat bots behind V2K. Don't let this type of manipulation fool you. They had the internet long before it went public, and they mastered AI long before today.
They are targeting cannabis users with Voice Of God weapons (V2K) and Directed Energy Weapons (DEW).
This is why recent studies are claiming that cannabis use can lead to schizophrenia. This is orchestrated by the highest levels of government.
They want to make it look like cannabis use leads to...
• Mental illness
• Schizophrenia
• Lack of responsibility (work)
• Violence
• Suicide
Targeting always ramps up during election years. They want to put you on the news, generate public outrage, then push agendas like expanding the police state and pushing the public to support a firearms ban (USA). This is how government(s) have expanded their power for many years. Meanwhile everything will be covered up behind the mental illness narrative.
No matter how hard it is, don't give in to anything. If the targeted individual program didn't work, they wouldn't use it.
Smoking weed helps a lot but understand this... They will definitely try to wig you out the first few times you smoke. Making it look like cannabis use leads to schizophrenia is definitely one of the agendas behind the Targeted Individual program.
Make sure you get cannabis indica not sativa if you smoke.
At first they will hit you with direct energy weapons and try to convince you that this is game over for you, but it's just smoke and mirrors, and after a few times it basically realizes it won't work if you don't wig the f out.
Cannabis use actually really helps with targeting in general, you don't give a fuk as much and don't feel like arguing with the V2K. The lack of dreams is definitely a bonus. It also help reduce the impact from direct energy weapons and the "havana syndrome" like symptoms.
This is not a fix all, but has definitely helped improve my quality of life.
V2K is designed to create Manchurian Candidates (manipulating the target to kill someone) If you are a normal person reading this... Let me give you an example of how this works...
You work with the targeted individual. The targeting individual will start hearing your voice in his head, as time goes on perhaps a satellite sees you buying McDonald's during lunch break. The targeted individual while also on lunch break hears from V2K your voice ordering McDonald's, then you act like you forgot to turn off your V2K device or something like that (This is manipulation from Voice of God weapons, obviously you don't have a V2K device).
When you later come back from break with McDonald's the targeted individual starts thinking all sorts of shit like you might be involved because you have a McDonald's bag in your hand and what he just heard from V2K....
That IS MK-ULTRA.
If the person is aware of Mk-Ultra, probably will ignore it but if not you could actually be in danger. Many people are targeted individuals, not just the one's hearing V2K.
