Hi all. I am looking to get a $200 USD or less vacuum/mop combo. Are iRobot's J7+ (refurb for $160) or 105 ($170) combo or 205 combo ($250) worth it?

Hi there. Both the Ninja AF181 ($120 USD with $20 gift card) and Cosori Turboblaze ($89.99 for non smart and $109.99 for smartphone app) on Amazon.

Please let me know if it's better to go with the Ninja or the Turboblaze? Is the app also worth the extra $20? Thanks!
