Violence in Paphos
Just reading in the Cyprus Mail about violence against delivery drivers in Paphos. Shocking. I hope they'll be all right. Is this type of violence becoming more common? Such a pity.

Is it possible to download an International Phonetic Alphabet keyboard for Android phones?
Thanks.
(TL) Cornish, in this case. This is my second attempt to post this. I think it's a nice story about language learning.
According to Duolingo and Wikipedia, the lower case letter phi in Greek is φ, but Google Translate puts the upper case Φ mid sentence or even mid word. For example ο καΦές (the coffee) instead of ο καφές. Is that wrong, or a reasonable stylistic choice? I'm very much a beginner in Greek and feeling confused.
