I love doing neck work but I genuinely think it's obliterating my hands and wrists because I am too finger heavy with it. Also figuring out a good height for the table may also be an issue. My current place doesn't have the hydraulic tables and the wheelie chairs only go so far up. I'm really tall so it's hard for me to set the table even lower than I currently have it for neck work.

Was wondering if anyone has any good resources to learn some new techniques! I feel really bad because a number of my clients say they come to me specifically for the neck massages I give but it is destroying me. I'm sure there's a phrase for this kinda thing but oh well .
