I’m not gonna get to much into it, but basically I (13m) believe my freind (13F) is being abused/neglected to an extent. I want to call CPS (or smt similiar idk.) but I fear that she would get in trouble by her parents if they found out. also, like I said I’m not going to get to much into it, but she has directly told me abt certain things, and i have other reasons to believe things are happening.

So for some context, i'm a scout, and i were exclusively old uniforms and patches (so i wouldnt put new patches on an old uniform). I recently went through NYLT, and was given a whole bunch of patches to show off my completion, so, my question is, what would the vintage equivilent be to these patches? im aware of JLT and JLTC, but i still dont know where those JLT or JLTC patches would go on my uniform.
