So I commute with level 4 rec and today we had a deluge of rain. Should I just ride without turning on the bike or is the cockpit and controls weather proof.

So I am thinking of getting a tablet for App driven games, I only own Journeys in Middle Earth but it seems more and more games are using an app. Have you used a tablet before ? Any recommendations? Thanks
