Does an arm desktop computer worth?

I’m interested to move into arm architecture to my next pc desktop but I don’t know how this world works. Prices of ARM compared to x86, power, good choices of pc, ecc.

I want create an OS by my own

I want create a basic OS for an hypothetical dumbest phone that i would like to build (or initially emulate on my PC). I don't know ANYTHING about this world so i don't know where to start. I understand that this adventure can take me very much time but i want to learn. This OS should be only able to let me of doing calls.
I thought that i should programming in assembly and maybe an high level (as C/C++). Could i use RISC-V? Because i don't know the assembly and i think that for the purpose that i want achieve, that language can be enough to me, right?

is it good RTX 2070 Super and Ryzen 5 5600 or is it worth getting the 5700x at a higher price?

Now i have a ryzen 5 2600x and i want upgrade the cpu to remove the bottleneck in games. I saw that the 5600 costs 40 euros less (130) than the 5700x (170). Take in mind that i want also emulate some modern consoles (as the Switch).

i have questions about dumbphone's world before to switch it from my iPhone 8 Plus

I'd like to buy the nokia 2660 flip phone (I love this type of phone) but i saw that it has 4.2 bluetooth. Now, i don't know if this version of bluetooth is good to listen music with the phone in my trouser pockets because I'm worried that the signal with my Soundcore P20i earbuds might drop, resulting in lower audio quality. Also, I have no idea if this phone has a speakerphone function for calls.

help me to understand ECS pattern

I want to create a game using raylib with C++ but i don't know how to structure my code in a conventionally way.

I watched and read various contents to understand this way of programming games but i know it only in theory. I'm searching a simple use example of ECS implementation but i don't know where to search. This is my doubt:
what is the purpose of the id in the entity structs/classes? I know that an entity is only the combination of an id and a set of components. There are systems that store set of one or more types of component instances of every entity that own one of them and operate to do some stuff. I thought that the entity's id is a fast access tool to achieve these components stored by the system but I'm not sure about that because, ideally, every system has different set's (vector) length and order of components so this id is not such useful as index.

What is a good way to organize code without using classes but only structs and functions?

A my friend asked me if I want to create with him a game in C++ using Raylib. I accepted but there are several problems:
we never programmed a game and he doesn’t like to use classes but only C style structs and separate functions.
It's already difficult for me to find a pattern to follow to build neat code, on top of that I have to distort it to adapt it to his way of programming. In my university student career, I just created a software in Java attached to a DB using the EBC (entity boundary controller) pattern. From that experience I've become a clean code fanatic, so before I dive into game creation, I'd like to understand what standard coding patterns are for a 2D game and understand how to design anything.

dumbest phone ever?

I want a flip phone that supports 4G and has a screen similar to an old calculator. Fine. That's it. Ideally, I’d also like it to have a speakerphone or Bluetooth system for connecting earbuds, so I can talk to people without holding the phone up to my face.

How can i enable the use of iGPU

I have a pc desktop, Acer Aspire 780, with a i5-7400 and GeForce gt 720. I would like to disable the use of the dedicated GPU to use the integrated GPU of the i5-7400. How can I do this?

Good headphones for someone that play?

I'd like to give a guy some headphones. He plays music a lot and has a small band with his friends. What would be good headphones for him? I was thinking of staying within €70 and getting him some Anker headphones. If you can suggest other brands and models, I'd be happy.
Ideally, you would use these headphones everywhere, actually.
he likes low sounds

I can't download drivers into my pc

I have a nvidia gt 720 and i'm trying to download proprietary drivers of this GPU because with the default ones i can't run geforce now, i guess.
If i do:

sudo ubuntu-drivers list

I get nothing and in Software & Updates -> Additional Drivers I see the message "Searching for avaible drivers" for 30 minutes.

So I decided to add these two repositories under Gemini directive :

sudo add-apt-repository restricted
sudo add-apt-repository restricted

I finally wrote:

apt search nvidia-driver- | grep -E "^nvidia-driver-(470|390)"

and I got:

WARNING: apt does not have a stable CLI interface. Use with caution in scripts.

Why is it so hard to install these drivers!? It's hell...

rocket air blower with rubber tip?

I’m going to buy a rocket air blower, for camera lenses, to use on my glasses. On Amazon I find ones with a plastic tip and I’m worried about I can by mistake gently hit my glasses and therefore scratching them.

That said, is it worth buying a dust pump to remove those little specks of dust from my glasses because, perhaps, I'm out and about or simply don't want to wash them every time? Does it work?

should i learn bytecode to work with mixin?

I want to create a mod on minecraft in which i modify an item. I know that i should use mixins (that is a odd concept to me in this moment) and i read that i should understand the concepts of static and dynamic binding with the this and super keywords. I'm writing some snippet of code to understand more about particularities of these keywords and I came across this inconsistency:

public class Entity {
  protected int health;

  public Entity(int health) {
    this.health = health;
  }
}

public class EntityPlayer extends Entity {
  protected int health;

  public EntityPlayer(int health) {
    super(health);
  }

  public void printSuperHealth() {
    System.out.println(super.health);
  }

  public void takeDamage() {
    super.health -= 5;
  }
}

public class Main {
  public static void main(String[] args) {
    EntityPlayer ep = new EntityPlayer(10);
    System.out.println(ep.health); // 0
    ep.printSuperHealth(); // 10
    ep.takeDamage();
    ep.printSuperHealth(); // 5
  }
}

Why this happens? I don't understand... I think it has something to do with polymorphism but I don't understand how.

I don’t understand the purpose of algebra

I want to learn algebra because I think that is important for me that I want understand all of computer and programming in a formal way but I don’t understand it. I’m reading a university book about algebra and I got stuck on first pages. It seems to me that algebra is just a set of characters to be moved around to make things work somehow. For example: the book gave me this exercises: dimostrate this: C(A ∩ B) = C(A) ∪ C(B)
Or dimostrate this: (AB)C = A(BC)

I mean… HOW… WHAT SHOULD I DO!? They are just symbols!!! What can I understand by this!? 😭
