Questioning legality of jobs new bathroom policy

(Not sure if this fits the sub if not please remove!)

I work in a retail mall setting and our bathroom has been unusable for the last 6 months. For these past 6 months we have been using a bathroom in the store across from us and haven’t had issues until a corporate visit a few days ago.

The new the implemented policy states “bathroom breaks are now required to be taken on 15 minute breaks. If it is an immediate need you must start your 15 minute break and that time will count as your scheduled break.” With this logic we can only use the bathroom once per shift which doesn’t sound normal to me? I checked OSHAs policies on this and it seems like this is a violation but I am not 100% sure as employers can set regulations within reason but cannot limit bathroom usage entirely. The reason they gave for the new policy is that it is against company policy to leave the location and come back on the clock, but we do that for scheduled breaks anyway? And the bathroom has been broken for 6 months with multiple plumbers coming in and saying they have no clue how to fix it. Just wondering the legality of this because I wanted to speak to my employer about it, but wanted to see if anyone had any input before questioning it.

Safety of Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich left out?

Bf got a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon and only took one bite and left it in the metal paper bag it comes in for 3.5 hours while we were out. Came home and he wanted to eat it even though I advised against it as it was over 2 hours in the “danger zone”, he still wanted to eat it and threw it in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 400°f. I get conflicting answers on safety as the CDC says no longer than 2 hours, but i’ve seen people say food is safe up to 4 hours? Should I have pushed harder to not let him eat it??
