Recommendation for Ao Naga traditional clothing online stores

Hello all,

I'm a non-native non-Naga woman. I've been wanting to purchase Ao Naga traditional clothing for myself.

I've found very few options with online stores having websites. I prefer websites over IG accounts for all kinds of shopping since it doesn't involve interactions over DM for price and availability.

However, I did find that using slightly different keywords sometimes helps me discover newer online stores, but it's often luck. And they have limited options.

I'm specifically looking for the blue red, black combination.

Can you please help me with recommendations?

I have another question. Is the blue coloured top worn by women stitched from the fabric that forms the stole in modern day adaptation of Ao Naga traditional attire? Or is it stitched from a separate fabric of traditional textile?

Thank you

ERT/HRT with tamoxifen?

I'm 37

I was dx' at 35

IDC ++-, Brca1

There was skin involvement and a visible bump of tumour at the time of starting treatment.

Post chemo, PET SCAN showed NED but surgery revealed a tiny amount of residual tumour.

Got prophylactic bilateral mastectomy and bilateral salpingo oopherectomy.

I hate every minute of this menopause nonsense along with side effects of tamoxifen. I have cognitive impairments (memory loss, attention issues, words at the tip of the tongue but unable to access) due to chemo or menopause idk. Tamoxifen causes the worst kind of constipation. And long term use without support from onco will cause yet another issue down there in a few yrs.

Now I have pigmentation on my face. Dry skin. I'm furious about atrophy in my private parts. I haven't met my libido or experienced any attraction since the treatment. And this tends to get ignored at doc's office because I'm single 🙄

I came across this on ASCOpubs

https://ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JCO-25-03084

It speaks about research showing the protective effect of estrogen even in BC folks taking tamoxifen. And that there is a somewhat growing understanding that estrogen isn't that much of a villain it is made out to be.

My quality of life is absolute trash rn. I hate that for the most part, I wouldn't get an rx for systemic estrogen.

What are your thoughts on the article in the link?

My apologies if this has been discussed earlier. I searched and I couldn't find much on this in the sub.

What does BMC (Bbsr) do with donated books?

I have (non-academic) books that I want to donate. Don't wanna sell it to raddi wala. I noticed that there is a facility for BMC to pick up books you wanna donate.

What does BMC do with those books? Any idea?

I don't want the books to reach raddi wala, but in an indirect fashion.
