I have been sending out tickets here and there and usually (at least for me) they submit a bot response before closing down the actual ticket. I made a ticket using the guide to get to the actual discord support but it was left on “solved” but the ticket didn’t closed (meaning I could reply to reopen). So what exactly should I do? Reopen ticket? Create another ticket for help? Or just Wait for something to happen?
