Hi everyone, our stacked whirlpool washer and dryer this morning went haywire. It started normal enough but then we noticed it stalled on the wash cycle and hadn’t filled with water. We restarted it and it filled but when it was time to do the wash cycle it started draining without actually washing. It didn’t spin, the lights didn’t go on and it continued operating when we opened it to see what it was doing. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong with it? We’re trying t9mdecide if buying a new one is the right move or trying to repair it. Thank you!

Hello, can someone explain to me in basic terms how people sell their homes while still owing on the mortgage? I understand the sale covers the remaining mortgage but you still have lawyer fees and closing costs of the new place and how do you time it so you aren’t homeless in between? And is it even worth it with the market in the toilet the way it is? I know people do it all the time but I just don’t understand how it works
