I got around 6k in eamcet and got into ECE.

As there is buzz that cs has started its downfall or has too much competition and many Colleges don't have official/correct placement reports on their websites.

But, I have seen VCE had many good placements in CSE as well as ECE. Are they really true? Or does it have any kind of misleading information? (Just asking to clarify)

I have participated in Internal Sliding too but didn't get into CS anyways. And I am ready to work hard for the next 4 years. Will I be able to get any job with a good package without off campus placements? I would try my best to get a job. Or just regret getting into B.Tech and Into VCE?

I have seen the vce website on the browser, It included some Faculty Development Program. I can understand that it is only for Faculties for exposure and everything but does it have anything to do with students?

Just asking because I have seen one of those programs on topics which I have interest in, since childhood but couldn't know about it much.

I am a fresher with just a small doubt.

Please don't think I am dumb or smg or ragebaiting.

EDIT: E-Pass should be applied to be eligible for reimbursement. Ig we have to apply it online by ourselves. So, for clarity I'm asking this.

Also for reimbursement you need an account on the name of the student and you have to link your aadhar card with the bank acc.

Got vasavi ece in phase 2.

I've heard it is very strict.

1. How are the faculty in the ECE branch?

2. Is there any dress code for boys?

3. What are hostel options guys?

4. Should I stick with it or try better clg in 3rd hase like VNR ECE? (Trying ECE in TOP 5)

Can I get a good laptop under 40k for 4 years for BTech?

I have completed my 12th and I am thinking of taking ECE probably VNR or Osmania University. As CSE based jobs are in potential risk. So, when I was going through jobs through ECE I got to see 2 majors (lemme know if there are any) i.e. VLSI and Embedded Systems. So Can I know if VLSI from these types of colleges is good to have . Since I am not from a good family I can't wait till masters to get a job. Lemme know if VLSI is good to go in this time. I think unlike CSE these core jobs will have job security but first I need to get a job to have security right! XD please try to respond and give your opinions.

Yea I am even interested in robotics, so I will try to learn CS by myself. Are the jobs in ECE good and what about from VLSI?
