Was it so bad?

Rewatching the series and I really cannot see how this is one of the worst things Bojack has done >!to the point where Corduroy Jackson shows up in S6!<. Yes, he suggested that >!the funky spiderman can be done with anything length of rope or thing with rope quality, but this is very much not comparable to his other misdeeds!<. For god sake, he spent >!17 minutes with a dying Sarah Lynn or when he tried to sleep with Penny when she was a minor. There is no way that vaguely suggesting autoerotic asphyxiation can be done without the kit !<is on the same level. >!Hell, this isn't even as bad as the inaction Bojack did for Herb Kazzaz, even though he was coerced and powerless in that situation!<. I really think that Bojack is not responsible for >!Corduroy Jackson's death. I guess the argument can be made that it's what Bojack feels instead of what is ethically right or wrong!<. What do you think?
