Thank you for the photography tips!

Thank you for the photography tips!

I still have a lot to learn, but thanks to the advice from this subreddit my watch shots have improved tremendously. I got myself a cheapo light box, some diffusion fabric, a cell phone tripod, and the open camera app. Now I just need to learn what I'm doing!

Added dial options to my KS project

Please read this before commenting about the evils of design by committee. I have read many comments on this subreddit about why these dials are better than the one I released on my Sector 12 KS project, and I’ve ignored them. This morning I got a comment from a backer requesting a dial with the text in the correct sector. His message was polite, respectful, genuine, and sincere. He explained that because of his bad vision this dial would be much more functional for him. Because he was so cool, I made one for him, and anyone else that would like it. While I was at it, I put up the OG “ZERO” design as well. They are now live on my KS as a $1 add-on (KS won’t let me add $0 ad-ons). I will probably add another option this weekend, "OCD ZERO", since it doesn't take me much time to CAD and cut a dial. Thank all of you who have helped me with sincere constructive criticism and advice.

Will you help me kickstart this watch please?

I need to raise some money for tools and parts. I would genuinely be so grateful if you guys could take a look at my kickstarter.

Sector dial progress

Thanks for all the help and feedback! You guys are a great community. Forgive the crummy photo but it's hard as hell to get shiny things on the phone camera. They really pop in real life, the brushing is less obvious. I've settled on these two, might make some minor tweaks but I'm ready to find a good case to get them into.

I took your advice, thoughts?

Thanks so much for all the constructive criticism guys, you all made some good points and now I have two dials to play with. What do you think of the new one(bottom)? Please ignore the crummy finish on the top one, the first layer of varnish is drying before I can sand it flat and smooth.
