What’s wrong with my resume

Hi everyone,
I’m an AI/Machine Learning Engineer and Developer actively looking for full-time roles or contract work in the UAE/US.

I have a strong academic and research background, completing my Master’s in Computer Science (GPA: 4.0), and I specialize in building out practical AI solutions, specifically working with Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive modeling, and computer vision.

My main problem is I’ve been applying to 20-30 roles a day totalling nearly 500+ jobs but still no luck all I got were 3-4 OAs which is a pretty bad conversion rate imo (I do need sponsorship in the US which might be affecting my chances ong). So, just reaching out here to see where I’m doing wrong/ places to improve in my resume. Any help is appreciated. Thanks for the time and advice in advance btw.

Hire Me: AI / Machine Learning Engineer & Developer | UAE Permanent Resident (No Visa Sponsorship Required)

Hi everyone,
I’m an AI/Machine Learning Engineer and Developer actively looking for full-time roles or contract work in the UAE.
I have a strong academic and research background, completing my Master’s in Computer Science (GPA: 4.0), and I specialize in building out practical AI solutions, specifically working with Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive modeling, and computer vision.
One major note for potential employers: I hold UAE Permanent Residency and am fully willing to pay for/handle my own visa processing. Absolutely zero visa sponsorship is required from your end.
Here is a quick snapshot of what I bring to the table:
Core Technical Skills:
Languages: Python, C++, SQL, Java, R, JavaScript/HTML/CSS

AI/ML & Data: NLP, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering, Predictive Modeling, Langchain, Ollama, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, NumPy

Web & Cloud: React, Next.js, AWS (S3), Docker, Kubernetes, Git

Recent Experience & Project Highlights:
AI Engineering & RAG Pipelines: Engineered RAG grading pipelines utilizing vector embeddings and cosine similarity to ground LLM outputs and reduce hallucination rates.

Predictive Analytics: Architected machine learning models to forecast outcomes using massive datasets, resulting in a 20% increase in accuracy over legacy models during my time as an ML Intern.

Computer Vision & Healthcare AI: Built dynamic ROI mask generation pipelines (3D U-Net) for surgical planning and automated multiclass vessel segmentation.

Full-Stack Development: Developed server-rendered, SEO-friendly web platforms using Next.js and React, integrated with secure AWS S3 media handling.

I am highly adaptable, comfortable working across the entire stack, and ready to hit the ground running. Whether you are looking for someone to build custom LLM tools, optimize your data pipelines, or tackle robust full-stack development, I'd love to connect.
If you know of any open roles, or if your team is looking for someone with my skill set, please feel free to DM me! I am happy to share my full resume and GitHub upon request.
