Urgent! please help!!!!!

I am a second semester student who had paid the fees for the upcoming semester two exams and has receipts of it too. But today I got told by my college that my form itself hasn't been filled up. I am genuinely so confused because I followed the same steps as everyone and filled up the form in time. Now my college is saying that I can't give the semester two exams this year and will have to clear them after semester 3. I am so scared . what about the semester fees I paid? Is there any way to get my admit card this time only

If anyone has any idea, please guide me ...

YELP-

I've developed a really unhealthy habit around cassia cinnamon sticks. Whenever I'm stressed, anxious, anticipating something, or going through a difficult period, I find myself chewing and eating cinnamon sticks.

What started as an occasional thing gradually turned into something I rely on for comfort. At its worst, I was consuming around 200 g of cinnamon a week, and I started noticing negative effects on my health.

My therapist has advised me not to quit abruptly but instead to find a safer substitute and gradually reduce the habit. I'm considering cinnamon-flavored chewing gum because what I seem to crave most is the intense spice, heat, and burning sensation in my mouth.

Has anyone found a cinnamon gum or similar alternative with a strong "burn" level? I'd love recommendations, especially from people who have replaced a sensory craving like this with something safer.
