Hello, so I got OL from TCS through the TCS NQT exam last month. In the next step portal, I got new sections like Background check, certifications, ILP > NSR, etc.

So, do I have to fill the BGC form, upload BGC documents now or can I wait till I get my joining letter. The reason is that i saw on a reddit post that the TCS team rejected the Non-Criminal affidavit of a person, because it was older and also I have to pay 400 Rs. Per month For NSR E-ID.

So, I wanted to know if it is mandatory to upload BGC documents before getting the Joining letter or can we upload after getting JL Or would my joining letter stop because I haven't uploaded BGC documents. Can anyone help me out please.

Application form completion - 3rd June 2026

Interview - 8th June 2026

Is there anyone, who had an interview in June 2026, Have you guys received any further updates, like selection or rejection mail or information. Cause now it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received any further information. I am very anxious right now. I have been waiting for the result and each day it is making me more nervous. Even the Infosys exam is not yet scheduled again. I don't have any other options right now. Also I am having hard luck while applying for roles at other companies.

If you guys got information, can you please share it. Also if you guys have any idea about some other mass drive, can you share that as well.

I completed my engineering this year in April. During my final years, I got an offer letter at almost 4 companies during on campus placements. But I wanted to learn and experience in a startup, so I rejected other 3 offers. The pay was almost equal. The offer from the startup was internship + PPO. The internship started in March and ended in May. I even got selected for a full time role. The issue they haven't paid me or other interns for the internship yet. It's been like 2.5 weeks, they haven't paid us a single rupee. They are saying to join for full time next month. I am not able to trust the company. Also I don't have other options right now cause I rejected other offers for the job at this startup. They haven't even paid their full time employees who are working from last year from March yet. Like they have to pay around 3 months of salary to them. Now my situation is like I don't want to join as a full time here, but I don't have any other offers right now. I am actively applying everywhere, but I am having tough luck getting even shortlisted for an interview. I am getting anxious and tensed on what to do next. I am unable to sit at home for a long time, cause I am raised by a single mother. I don't know what to do. I know I should not lose hope and I am not. But all these things happening are very much tiresome. I am trying very hard, but getting no results. I don't want to wake up one day and lose my energy to try at least. I am saying all these here at reddit, cause I don't have any friends with whom I can share all these. I might be a difficult person to be friends with, but I always try to be present to any person, when they are facing some issue or are in a bad situation. I help them to every extent. But today I don't have any person, who asks me how I am doing. I don't want empathy or anything. I have been keeping all these inside myself for a long time, just wanted to take it out.

I don't care what anyone thinks about me, after reading, I just wanted to take it out.

I am not going to lose hope and not stop trying. I am gonna try everyday, one day I am sure I will get a good job. I believe in myself and my skill set that it would land a job soon. I will overcome this situation soon, then I would again write up a post about it.

Anyone who is reading this and is in a bad patch of their life, i want you to hear this :

You got this, don't doubt yourself. You are good enough, just timing is bad right now. If you need any help or want to lend an ear, I am there for you, as a friend. I believe in you, you can overcome this.

Is anybody able to open the quantiphi assessment on Unstop. I am getting this message - "You will be allowed to participate once shortlisted"

I qualify for every metric they mentioned -

I am 2026 passout batch

I have 93.5, 86.4 and 86.8 % in 10th, 12th and graduation with no backlogs. What do I do?
