I thought I can last for like a year but now sobrang laki ng effect nya sa health ko like di ko pala kaya nga 80+ calls a day like call after call tapos mga customer mga demonyo pa, maganda sana yung pay yung benefits and may retirement rin pero if I cant even live my life because of stress and health issue I think di sya worth it. Ill never go back to calls again Ill find a non voice job as much as possible huhu
Encountered a doctor kagabi we requested it through viber ng icare and were asking if its normal na 39.5 yung temp ng bf ko since may chickenpox sya prior to this nagpaconsult and may gamot na sya pero we were just worried. The doctor doesnt care at all she just asked if we need medcert like TF di nga namin sinelect na with medcert just pure consultation and the fact na yung bf ko nilalagnat na yung mga tanong nya is “so di ka makakapasok today?” That doesnt make sense! Kasi di naman dahil dyan yung pina appoint namin. Ako sumagot nung una kasi nagpapahinga yung bf ko tapos she insisted to talk to my bf so I gave the phone so we said na pataas at pababa yung lagnat nya I mean we just need assurance na normal lang and we just need to continue with the meds. Kaya nung unnecessary na mga question ng doctor I raised my voice voice and said on the background “39.5 yung temp nya what do we do?” Then she said just continue and ganon daw talaga walang magagawa tas yung tone ng voice nya sarcastic like tf walang empathy tas nagtanong pa sya sino sumigaw sabi ko we are just asking for confirmation and sabi nya papuntahin daw sa ospital kung talagang takot daw kami nasa sakin daw yon. Nakaka stress lang kasi may mga ganyang tao na walang empathy!
