How strong are the other students in Auguefort adventuring academy?

I've been rewatching fantasy high and I've been wondering this. Because the Bad Kids are seen as the strongest >!with the rat grinders on their tail.!< And we don't really see any feats from the other students.

In the finale of season 1, >!all the students except the important ones run away from Kalvaxus. Which I get because they're all probably first years and shouldn't be handling a dragon and OOC, the DM has to find a way to keep the fight focused on the BBEG and the main party.!<
In season 3 episode 18,>! the party at seacaster manor, I also get that it wouldn't be as fun if Bleem had to narrate over a hundred students casting spells or attacking. And fullblown panic is a fair and understandable reason for why they shouldn't do that. And getting everyone to man the cannons makes it so they can contribute and it's not overwhelming.!<

(Sorry I got off topic a little.)
My question is what people think the average level is for students in freshmen, sophomore and senior year.
Keeping in mind they most probably are lower than the Bad Kids. And that freshmen >!aren't strong or experienced enough to face a dragon. Seniors have all died during the last stand. And it was better for senior students to man cannons than use their normal abilities.!<

My thoughts are that on average, freshmen are 1-3, sophomore are 3-5, seniors are 6-7. Making them about half as strong as the Bad Kids. Of course they're the main characters so they're stronger than everyone else. But I think it's a good range of development for the other students to. Graduating at level 6-7 ain't bad.

Any job openings in cheltenham?

Uni is ending and I'm looking for a summer job for 2 months or maybe longer.
I've had no luck with GOV.uk and it's honestly been super stressful looking.

I'm looking for stuff like food service or something to get some quick cash, preferably on High street or somewhere around that location.

Thanks.
