I have an active Vi eSIM installed on my cellular iPad Pro. The data plan has run out, and I urgently need to recharge it today. The problem? I don't know/remember the 10-digit mobile number assigned to this specific eSIM.
Because it's an iPad, Apple doesn't allow standard cellular voice calls, so I can't just dial 199 or call another phone to see my number. I tried using the Vi website's automated chatbot ('Vic') to look it up, but the system is so poorly optimized that it keeps misidentifying my 15-digit hardware IMEI number as a phone number ending in 8 and loops me in generic replies.
