15-16 route in East Sussex/Kent area

Hi all,

I'll be in East Sussex/Kent for about ten days and wondered if anyone has some decent route(s) for 15-16 miles? I live in east Scotland so quite unfamiliar with the terrain down there, and don't want to get run over by a speeding Audi.

I'm thinking Tunbridge Wells - East Grinstead - Uckfield - High Weald - Maidstone areas.

Any links to routes / gpx files etc. would be wonderful.
