I feel so anxious and overwhelmed and depressed sitting with my Narcissistic parents at lunch table they made fun belittle me I wish I never ate with them

I really think they are dumb instead of working on their lifes or comfort their own abuser they abuse their children which is pointless change anything in their lifes

Edit: I am so glad I am not the only one think they dumb 😭

Like my parents claim they Do ALL the chores while it's not true we help yet they say "WE DID ALL THE WORK" like Do the have memory loss or blindness or what we do it infront them and still "only them who work"

Hey guys does your parents give chores and when ask about how do it you get silence treatment if u nag they snap and if you do it wrong you get punishment does anyone else suffer from this..?

I read posts about ppl having problems and need advice i try helping than I delete my comment after while ..I feel like I am inadequate..this strange habit with me stuck..does anyone have it too?
