28F nikkahfied but not married. Got pregnant. Did blood test shows 2 weeks pregnancy. No plans of marriage yet so with a broken terrible heart I have no choice to keep the baby. Any advice what can I do? I cant visit someone. I need something to emdically abort as soon as possible. Please help. I dont need lectures from anyone because we have been nikkahfied since 9 years but due to fathers condition weddings keeps delaying.

Anyone godforbid who has experienced this. Please help me. Any gynaecologist who can keep it confidential who is supportive in such cases. Please. Help me.
