How would you rate this guest?
We are still in resolution. Guest has about 6 reviews. 4.8 star guest. They were very polite and clean. Some issues I had now... They requested early checking. I agreed. they tried soliciting me for tree service business several times and tried calling me. I declined. They wanted to extend their stay which I let them know was fine but could only accommodate one extra night as I had new guests checking in. They continually asked me to approve it without payment. I had approved it and told them several times that Airbnb will approve on their end once payment is received. They didn't want to pay until their religious day was over. Eventually they paid but were still there an hour after checkout. It has been pouring here for days and they drove their huge truck over the lawn and up to my front door, they moved the garbage can to the front door. To top it off there's a chunk of my counter missing. But they were clean and started a load of laundry.
