We are trying to use the pricing service to update pricing on part numbers. The vendor sends us a pricing file with all of their part numbers, which we only have some of these in our system that we sell. The vendors files does not meet the required formatting to upload into epicor, and it does not like that missing part numbers. Anyone found a way around this? Pricing updates happen multiple times a year for each vendor, and to edit these files would take days manually.

I can't login, says username not recogonized, and I'm sitting and spinning trying to do a support request. Anyone else having issues? My support person has ignored me now for 2 days also.

How do you handle FIV-positive ferals? We recently had a male feral fixed, and he tested positive for FIV. The rescue recommended euthanizing him.

I've been given one of those projects.... shipping department needs to scan directly to OneDrive or SharePoint. They have no computer, and most are computer illiterate. I've tried this on Xerox Versalink, and a Brother mfp. The Xerox requires logging into the microsoft account every time, won't work for these guys. The brother requires a new code, from a pc, every 24 hours. Has anyone done a setup like this before? Please share, I'm beating my head up against the wall on this one.
