So I’m just a warehouse worker in our company, but when we switched to P21 in October of 2024, my sister and I (with the help of our managers and their encouragement) have done everything we can to learn all that we can about this system to try and make our jobs and everyone else’s jobs easier. Doing this has led me to create some “cheat sheets” for different processes within P21. They might be very specific to our company but they could also help other people if their P21 is similar to ours.

What I’m getting at is, if I put them into a google doc, who (if anyone) would be interested in having access to them?

I have some VERY detailed ones over the WWMS Receiving and Putaway processes. But I also have some less detailed ones that go over some inventory processes, transfer processes, and taking things out of “limbo”. (That’s what we have started calling it when the system doesn’t let us “save and approve” which shows the items have been “received” but they aren’t available to putaway/allocate yet. If that makes sense.)

Let me know if that is something anyone would be interested in. Maybe we could all collaborate with different “cheat sheets”.

What permission do I have to have selected in order for users to be able to transfer zzz special order codes between locations?

I am looking to get into a furniture company as an intern, they likely use epicore kinetic

The thing is I am just a fresh grad and I don't have any experience , So I am trying to think of ways to make myself a better candidate

At the moment I am making a way to semi automate quotations with vba+excel for another furniture business as a portfolio project, but if anyone has a better idea your help would be appreciated

I just want to make sure I can get into that company as a dev
