“Get off your phone and go on sprints” is option #2 ofc

Edit to add: it’s tagged as satire. I know it’s a PVC. For those who don’t know, it’s an irregularity in my heartbeat. For those of you telling me this is totally fine without any context of my medical history: thanks, I’m cured👍

Getting progressively more scared of the future

I’ve had heart palpitations, and trouble breathing as long as I can remember. During puberty I started passing out, having chronic joint pain, constant headaches, involuntary tics, dizziness, and I developed a panic disorder, social and generalized anxiety, and major Depressive disorder. I couldn’t seek treatment for any of the above until I was 18 because my parents had no insurance, then no money, then no fucks left for me and my problems until i estranged myself during my freshman year of college. Then I dislocated my ankle and it never healed properly so I’ve been using a cane intermittently since.
Now im 21 and everything is getting worse except my heavily medicated mental state. Im passing out more when standing, im getting winded/chest fluttering when i stand too long, and i cant handle my 6 hr kitchen shifts anymore and ive never wanted anything more in my future than to be a chef/restauranteur. Im starting to grapple the fact i might end up on disability sooner rather than later and i have more medical and student loan debt payments than disability in my state can cover. Im just tired of being tired and hurting when im so young and it’s not going to get better.

Why do my coworkers believe “everything on earth has gluten”?

I work in a kitchen and no they do not mean everything processed. “Even grass and chicken have gluten.” Don’t worry, gluten Allergies are still properly handled, celiac is taken seriously, but my 50y/o coworker who got his safety certificate in another state is constantly spreading misinformation like this. I’m so confused because GLUTEN IS GRAIN. Is there ANY logic to this???? I think it has something to do with believing all natural bonds and bonding agents are gluten
