Thoughts & advice on Master Chunyi Lin

I've just attended the free Heal hidden inbalances in mind, body & Spirit with Qi Gong online workshop from The Shift Network and I'm looking for some advice and feedback about Master Chunyi Lin and his style.

I was very impressed with the content of the workshop and am very interested in healing my M.E, which at times leaves me bedbound.

The workshop was a taster for a 7 week online course for healing, but i see on the Spring Forest site that his level 1 course also includes self healing.

Which one would be best to go for? Level 1 seems to be less costly than the Shift course (although they do sponsorships for some courses) and that is a factor for me as I'm broke and am already paying for weekly acupuncture and oxygen therapy.

Feel free to pitch in with your own experiences with this teacher, I'm all ears!

Thanks!

I wonder if anyone can help me? I'm disabled and currently claiming pip for both mobility and daily living, i get enhanced on both but have a car with motability which means I'm left with around £444 a month to live on. I was claiming esa in 2022 but the claim closed when my savings went just over the allowance amount. I tried to switch to contribution based esa but they said as i had been claiming lwcra for more than 3 years, they can't allow it because the contributions were NI credits. This seems really unfair as they could have put me on contribution esa initially, when i had my ni up to date prior to my disability.

So i feel liked I've fallen into an esa trap. It doesn't seem fair. Things are really tight to get by each month.

What can i do? Is there any way of increasing my income? I'm unable to work and am often bedbound. I'm considering giving up the car but then it's have no way to get to my treatments and would be completely housebound.
