I was looking at a video from Freedom Stencils on gap camo over on youtube and trying to nail down the colors used. Armor Black is obvious. The tan they used seemed to have a touch of green in it. And that green looks to be a touch more olive than od green. Any ideas as to what will match?
I have a original Fajen laminate stock that is showing some handling wear on the finish and needed to be bedded. I sanded out the barrel chanel to remove the pressure lump and spread a layer of true oil and everything was fine. It had a touch of whitish finish on end of the forend so I sanded it and the tru oil came out much darker and blochy. It obviously needs a bit of a sand to get back down to lighter wood but what can I use that won't darken the wood?
I'm frustrated with Hex screws that are soft and eventually round out. I was just torquing a Kidd screw to 25 inch pounds and the dang bit slipped in the head. Does anyone make a torx version? They would be less prone to stripping.
Is there a board or forum other than Ebay to sell Ubiquity equipment? I picked up an air wire and feel I should have gotten the Device Bridge switch.
