Sales volumes in Hyderabad are reportedly at a 4-year low, but I'm not seeing prices come down. Normally weak demand means discounts, so I've been trying to figure out what's so different the there's no correction?

What’s known so far:
• Land parcel: 40+ acres
• Unit sizes: \~1,100 – 3,000 sq.ft (mix of 2,3,4bhk)
• Expected GDV: \~₹7,600 Cr
