Hobby help while not mobile

Hi! My best friend recently got in a pretty bad accident and broke her pelvis. She will not be able to walk for 8-12 weeks and we are very active. Last year I had knee surgery and wasn’t able to walk for a few weeks. I got super into reading and coloring. I’m going to make her a little basket and am looking for some more ideas. I am 17 almost 18 and she is 16 almost 17. Just for some age appropriate ideas.

Ideas

Honestly not sure what I should title this but to give background I am 17 and have been chronically ill for about five years now. However it got to its absolute worst about two years ago. As many of you have experienced I’m sure chronic illness comes with way too many medications. Which is wheee my problem starts.

Over the years I have accumulated a graveyard of medications as I like to call it. Some are empty prescription bottles and some are prescriptions I never finished for various reasons. It has gotten to the point that it is taking up serious storage space. I for some reason have a very hard time letting my these go, I am not sure why. I have no issue getting rid of old clothes or things I have no need for but for some reason old medicine and old bottles are something I cannot part with. I think it is because it’s a way to show what I have been thought but I’m not sure.

So my question is has anyone else experienced this as an issue and have you found anything you did with them to be helpful. I need the space for storage but honestly do not want to get rid of them. Has anyone done something with them maybe like resin or something? I need a way to memorialize them to show what has happened.

I know this sounds so stupid when I say it out loud, this sounds absolutely ridiculous. I am not sure if this is an okay question to ask and apologize in advance if it is not.

Recs!

Hello! I am looking for a smaller camera around the size of a Canon g7x or even smaller that I could use to take pictures when I’m on vacation. Something that is ideally recharged and could easily fit in a purse. I cannot afford anything crazy as I am a senior in high school and have to think about college! I have a camera that I got for cheap but do not like the way the pictures come out at all so I am looking for something that has a better quality. I don’t want to spend anything more than what is necessary, I am just trying to have something nicer that won’t be crazy expensive, close to 200USD if possible. However I’m willing to spend more if it’s something that will last me. I am new to this so do not know what it is I would like in a camera other than the size honestly. I want a camera that will last me a few years and that I can get good use out of! I’m not into the popular y2k style photos just clean and simple. Please let me know if this is against the rules, I am not sure if it’s in the correct format!

Small gym bag recs!

Hi! I am hoping someone with have some suggestions for me. I have been going to the gym consistently for about five years. I have just started going to a more commercial gym, before I was going to a gym with personal trainers but that got too expensive. I am now bringing more stuff with me than I used to and am wondering if anyone has any ideas on small gym bags? I like them small because it feels less bulky. I need it to hold at most, a pair of shoes, ankle straps, a snack, hand sanitizer, and wrist stabilizers, and then some extra room for my keys! I like the size of the mini bags like the Gymshark mini holdall and the Bagsmart Reiki mini, but I’m not sure either will fit a pair of shoes. Does anyone have any they would recommend that are on the smaller side?
