How should I make the road from the highway to normal road?

Ok so title might be slightly confusing so let me clarify:

When starting a new game, what is the best way to go from the highway to the city? Because right now I just do 1 way roads that go to the main road but I have an idea that it's very bad design (and super ugly). any advice is acceptable!

What thing? The suspense is killing me!

Does anyone know what the last thing is? Because clearly spotify is not going to tell me. Even when the song in the background started replaying for the 2nd time, it didn't tell me what it is. I suppose a playlist of some sort, but ehhh I guess spotify doesn't wanna hand it out yet. Yes, I know there was an outtage earlier, but it should've been fixed now
